Wow, this was heart wrenching and very good. You never really hear much about mental illnesses. Love the last line.

It took me a few attempts to understand it, but I'm glad I stuck with it: it was very good once I did.
The characterisation was good. I had a lot of sympathy for the narrator, and his uncle.
Although I wasn't sure whether all the "demons" were the Uncle's or whether the "Gramps" suffered from them too. The concept of Idea Guys was confusing :S

I think you write prose very well. :nod:

This piece is honest, it is raw, and it is poignant too.

It's quite straight-forward, but... not as well, because of the concept and whatnot.

I guess the piece is quite interesting and thought-provocative in that sense. ^^;
